CA Ambrish Kumar Jindal (Senior Partner) is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1992. He has become fellow member of ICAI in the year 1997. He is in full time practice since 1992 in the area of auditing and assurance, direct and indirect taxes and other statutory compliances. He has vast experience in audits of charitable trusts, banks, various corporate and non-corporate entities; handling direct and indirect tax assessments and litigation of corporate and non-corporate assesses.

CA Aviral Jindal (Partner)

CA Aviral Jindal (Partner) is commerce graduate from Delhi University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2018. Since, then he is in full time practice in the area of auditing and assurance, direct and indirect taxes and other statutory compliances. He also has vast experience in managing compliances and financial affairs of various start-ups which includes assistance in fund raising, valuations, debt-equity structure etc.
